The frame formed with separated Alumiumin and Wood structure, to prevent the angle crack caused by the traditional integral structure.
External bridge-cut aluminum alloy frame
The frame’s external part is bridge-cut aluminum alloy with thermal isolating bars; the thickness of the aluminum is 1.5mm.
Long Lasting Exterior Coating
External aluminum surface is cover by imitation wood grain coating. There are various coating styles for customer to choose and all the coatings appear natural wood color and texture.
Custom Internal natural wood material
The frame’s interior is made of nature wood material; oak, teak and rosewood are most commonly used.
Custom Glass Type
The standard glass types are: 6/12/6mm tempered glass and 5/19/5mm tempered glass with blinds in between. Customers also could specify their own request for the glass.
Custom Grille Patterns
Choose from our options or design your own patterns.
